[the weather today is |AHAHAAAA]
[with a hint of |KMFDM - Godlike]

I have successfully wrested my possessions from the clutches of UK Customs and brought them home. I have all my old stuff that I haven't seen for seven years. On the one hand, yay! All my stuff is one place! On the other hand, the house was already full! Crap!

This is not the most useful thing I've located thus far. It is, however, the best.

From left to right: Sindy, Mary Joyce and Yours Truly, circa 199hurrrr. My hair! The head angles! Not to mention the picture frame!

We used to have matching t-shirts that said "Angry Little Asian Girl". I think that fact accurately sums up our relationship.

I love the photos of you from your darker, gothic (?) phase!

I'm sure I'll be digging up more as I go through my things. There's a box labeled "Photos and frames" that I'm saving for later.

We would have been so miffed if you'd said that to us then.

I thought I looked tough. But, as my icon illustrates, a kitten in jackboots is still a kitten.

I'm looking forward to opening the box marked "Photos and frames". I think there will be a singular amount of embarrassment contained inside.

Somewhere between 1995 and 1997, I reckon. I'm not sure.

I missed the post explaining why UK customs would keep items such as this for seven years. That's nuts. Also: seven years! How do you squeeze that into what feels like eighteen months?

Oh, UK customs didn't hold it for that long. It was sitting in storage in California for most of that period. It cleared customs in a couple of days.

Also, HELLO! :D

HELLO!!!! :-D It sure makes me happy to see you're well and have something like LJ available toward catching up on the happening-stream! ... must build evil lab-lair and become a full-time globe-hopper ASAP. This eighteen-hour-day and being-out-of-touch-with-my-favorite-people thing has to stop, and soon...

Ah, those were the days!

Unfortunately, finding it has also demotivated me from going through the rest of my stuff. :P
