I am in love with the staircase
And the kitties
The staircase is gorgeous. It's very wide and has a big semicircular landing.
The kitties are sleeker and leaner, but also gorgeous.
What books did you get? What did you give him?
And I'm not sure if the "traditional expensive unmentionables from the bloke" are more of a gift from him or for him!
Totally cute photos of the kitties! Hope they had a "Meowy" Christmas!
Oh, and I saw the new Cassini photos that were very impressive!
Ooh, too many to list. The three Folio editions were Lewis Carroll's Alice (Wonderland & Through The Looking Glass) with the Tenniel illustrations, a history of The Nude in art and a book on the evolution of The English Language.
The kitties are actually getting tired of too much Christmas meat. They didn't exactly turn up their noses at the ham today, but there was distinctly less enthusiasm.
They know it, too. My right arm is presently falling asleep because S is on it and being too cute for me to move him.
Adorable, even after growing so HUGE!
I thought they were huge now too. However, today we went over to one of the bloke's friends' place. They've just adopted two six-month-old pedigree British Shorthairs. These cats weight 4.6 and 4.8 kg and they're only half-grown. Ours are over a year old, full grown, and they're 4 kilos.
Merry Christmas! (belated) Who needs kids when you have such awesome kittehs!
Yay! Happy New Year! (early) Kittehs are definitely enough for me right now.
cut pics. hope you had a merry xmas. You should check out my Xmas card pic over at Flickr.
Thank you, I hope yours was fun too! Will have a look at the pic. :)
Love the cat photos -- I have just overdosed on cuddly catness! Your kitties remind me of my own (now departed) tuxedo cat, PuggsleyOne. Hope you had a great Christmas, and that the coming new year is your best ever! :-D
Aw, RIP PugglseyOne. (Great name, btw.) Thank you, and all the best to you too.

he he he
I seem to have a 5KG grey growth on my shoulder. He has barely shifted for days. When he does go out it isn't for long and he has developed a very very loud yowl which translates roughly as " LET ME IN NOW IM COOOOLLLLLDDDDD".
He would love that log burner.
I think our two are torn between love for the log burner and love for the gas fire. The log burner's a bit lower down so it's probably winning by a narrow margin.
I cannot believe those tiny kittens turned into these glossy gorgeous creatures. I always enjoy a peek into their world (and your lovely home).
I know! I'm always amazed at my sleek little orcas. Especially when they bring home squirrels and magpies. Ambitious.
They have gotten so big.. Both of your little ones are gorgeous.
Aw, thank you. They're longer and more robust, but still pretty svelte. I think it's all that racing up and down trees.
Pic 1: Bloke looks like he's trying to find the battery compartment. Robot kitteh has broken down mid-stride! =8oO
Robot kitteh no longer capable of navigating stairs. Exterminate!
Everyone needs a sneak attack base!
I need to work out my own in this house. The cats have far too many.
