ALways worrying when they get handed to a vet for any reason.
Console yourself with the knowledge that you have given them less to wash for the rest of their lives.
p.s. can you crop the photo a bit higher next time ;)
or lower, to show what the cats will be missing? :D
Sadly, the original did not include the full package. It did include a reflection of bottom in mirror, which I considered including since it's a very nice bottom, but I figured that since it is public, I would preserve the subject's modest. A little.
I'm with you on that one.
They seem to be pretty copacetic about the whole experience.
PS No. :-D
They are absolutely gorgeous boys.
I hope you don't mind me adding you... I found you through desolatelondon and saw we have a lot of shared interests... I am also hoping to become an American Expat in London..
I'm Shea by the way; writer and artist.
Nice to meet you, Shea. I notice from your intro post that we have similar histories as well - I too was born & raised in Hawai'i (though I bounced between Seattle & Honolulu between the ages of 6 and 16) and spent my university years in California. I've added you back. I got quite caught up in reading your journal this morning. Getting distracted from work probably wasn't the wisest thing to do, but consider it a compliment on the quality of your entries.
Where in Hawaii are you from? I'm from Oahu (Hawaii Kai). Wow, I bounced around a lot as well.. Mainly in between Hawaii and California and when I got older Oregon.
I'm from Oahu too - Kahala & Hawaii Kai (!!). The coincidences keep piling up!
Did you go to Kaiser High School? If you did that would be even weirder haha.
No, I went to high school in Olympia, Washington. To tell the truth, I'm a little relieved. I was beginning to be afraid.
That would of just been to weird if we had attended the same high school haha. I met a woman on through live journal that grew up in Hawaii as well. Turns out my grandparents know her parents. They both work in politics back in Hawaii... Small world for us Hawaii folks haha. I actually met my best friend my first year in college in Los Angeles. We both are from Hawaii and knew some of the same people but didn't meet each other until college.
I tried to comment on your leave a comment page (I trust nanila's good opinion of blogs...) but it says only friends can leave comments. If you've closed your doors to adds, I do understand, but if you haven't, you may want to know that?
(I was hoping you'd have been two years behind nanila in high school, because I love coincidences. Drat.)
My doors are always open to adds. I turned it on to friends only comments because of random comments from Russian journals.
Haha, it would of been too weird if that were the case. The fact that we are from the same island and relatively the same town is weird :-D but in a good way.
Feel free to add away if you'd like though :-D
I added you.

That is definitely comparable to frying bacon naked
It was a risky maneuver. No injuries were sustained, which I consider practically miraculous.
Somehow I doubt their revenge is complete.
Certainly not. Their revenge is expressed daily by way of the litter box.
I'm glad the cats are OK. I came across a video cartoon short that one of the other people on my list posted to his LJ- It is detective Mittens- it cracked me up.
That is a terribly sinister small grey cat. The monocle only makes it worse!
