The CubeSat commentary by the Head of the Space & Atmospheric Physics Group, Professor Steve Schwartz, was filmed in one of the rooms of the magnetometer laboratory. (I was in the next room at the time, not really paying attention. There was SCIENCE to be done.)
A CubeSat, for those who don't know, is a tiiiiny spacecraft. It's got a 10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm chassis - about the size of a Kleenex box. They're usually powered by solar panels, have a payload of one or two scientific instruments and are suitable for low Earth orbit. They are adorable - for SCIENCE! We plan to put a magnetometer on ours. A tiiiiny one, of course.
