you look so different without them!
I know! I keep walking by mirrors and doing double-takes.
Thank you. So do I. And it's nice to run my fingers through my hair again.
All I'm saying is "Oooooh!"
BLACK MAGE says "WOO HOO!"
Hee hee, I like your l'il bit. And you look beautiful.
You know, we're probably a bit twin-like now!
You look adorable.
I find the 8-bit dreadlock piece amusing, but "61 pieces of hair" makes a more serious statement, and is aesthetically pleasing.
I'm trying to figure out something a bit more permanent to do with them. They were important to me, and I'd like to have them attached to something and arranged more carefully.
May I suggest securing the e-commerce domain www.leahssinistermoustaches.com. Remember to mention that supplies are limited!
Ahaha. Now I want to stick dreadlock moustaches onto all my family photos.
MS Paint Doodleface jaw-droppingly so, even. Woo! :-D
your hair is awfully smug in that shot, it says "you want a piece of me?". 61 pieces of hair is an engaging display, quite brilliant. You should smuggle it into Banksy's exhibit.
smug. smuggle. hee.
Also, your new look warrants a hottt. That's right, you get all 3 t's.
I would smuggle it, except I think I want to use them again. And I don't think I'd want to use them after they were covered in rat poo. :-P
"61 pieces" scores a 10 out of 10 on the Pretentiometer, I think. :-D

I get to use my new tank girl icon...
You look great! You have a kind of Mona Lisa-like smirk going on in that photo. Brilliant!
The hair-art pieces are fun as well.
Heh, I was mostly concentrating on not making a funny face while trying to hold the camera steady.
I think I'll be making some more permanent hair-art out of the dreads.

SO CUTE, love that cut on you.
Thanks, I did it myself. I guess I'm not so terrible at cutting my own hair after all.
Uhh, wow! The art is fantastic. If I can offer a suggestion...keep it around and keep as a "magnet poetry" type thing to have people make their own art for the afternoon.
and you're still the hottie...
That's a great idea. Although some people get kind of squeamish about touching dreads. I kept mine really damn clean, as I could see after cutting them (no gunk in the cores). But I guess that's their loss. ;-)
Thanks! It freaks me out when I look in the mirror and see this teeny little head when I'm expecting a giant foof of hair. I don't hate it, but I do have lots of well-worn hangups about having short hair that I'm trying to shed.
your new do is quite fetching.
Why, thank you. You know, originally the plan was to try being bald. But when it came time to get out the clippers, I totally chickened out.
