Day 231/365: Spiderman's House

Late this afternoon, Humuhumu and I built a Lego Ferrari kit (with female driver!) whilst Keiki and the bloke went for a walk.

Humuhumu had nearly finished placing all the decals when I noticed that it was nearly supper time. I also noticed that the bloke had left his phone on the table next to us, so we couldn't ring and let him know he was about to miss out on an excellent bowl of chilli.

Before we could panic, however, Keiki came dashing in.

"Ah, just in time! Where have you been?" I asked.
"Spiderman's house," Keiki replied.

I think I managed to receive this information without changing facial expression.

"Oh, great! How is Spiderman?"
"Good."
"Did you have anything to drink at Spiderman's house?"
"Lemonade."
"Did you have anything to eat at Spiderman's house?"
"Peanuts. But not dinner. He didn't have any dinner today."
"I see."
"Daddy said to tell you he had lemonade too."
"Did Daddy have lemonade?"
"No, he had beer."
