[the weather today is |determined]

I was trying to get through all the last month's photos before making a post but if I do that I'll probably never post. Here are some photos from a recent trip to Norfolk, which brought together both sets of Keiki and Humuhumu's grandparents. My parents are known as Grandma and Grandpa, while the bloke's are Granny and Granddad. In theory this keeps them distinct. In practice we mix up their names all the time.

Keiki sitting on Grandpa.

Humuhumu chasing her bat-kite, flown by Daddy.

Keiki watches Humuhumu running around the lawn from the safety of Granny's legs.

Grandpa has a go at flying the kite while Humuhumu retrieves her minion.

Granddad demonstrates crawling to Keiki, who is unimpressed. Grandma watches with a smile.

Humuhumu dashes across the lawn for the benefit of her grandparent audience.

Humuhumu pops bubbles blown by Granny.

Keiki sits on Granddad while Humuhumu jumps down the steps. In one go. That wasn't heart-stopping, oh no, not at all. *wince*

Can't resist one shot of the climbing roses, which were blooming gloriously all over the house.

They're the grandparents', actually! We aspire to this, once we've repainted the house.
